Pursuant to the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to which it has been transferred in the country/abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly, to request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7, without prejudice to the exceptional cases listed in the Law, to request the notification of the above-mentioned transactions to the third parties to which it has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automatic systems, to request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
